Weekend Review

The stretch of time once known as my week has been devoured by the feature I am currently on.  One week down, four to go.  This makes my weekends the equivalent of gold plated diamonds with a platinum core.  A chance to breathe, sleep, and get caught up on the world wide web.  The weekend started sooner than I thought by wrapping at 6pm which gave me enough time to get cleaned up before heading to Seven Grand for a surprise birthday party.  I love that place (especially when we have the back room to ourselves) but it is a definite reminder of how awesome it would be if drinks were free.   Went to a kid a’s cousin’s wedding yesterday complete with mariachi band.  Today has been a nice and chill Sunday that started out at Home Depot looking for paint.  Paint for what you ask?  Well….

We got the apartment we wanted in Silver Lake!  In this whirlwind of a month, we no longer have to worry about finding a place to live.  Painting commences this coming Saturday followed by a Sunday move.  As much as I hate moving, I am so looking forward to decorating a new place and starting fresh.
